Using traditional techniques and themes I strive to create tomorrows antiques today.

I began my association with the metal arts while studying under metal-smith Thomas R. Markusen. During my undergraduate studies and in following years, I interned at the Markusen Metalsmithing Studio.

After earning my Bachelor of Fine Art degree at the State University of New York at Brockport, I went on to study at the School for American Craft at RIT and earned a Master of Fine Arts in Metal/Jewelry Design. It was at RIT that I was introduced to the Roycroft Renaissance movement by fellow metal artist Robert J. Trout.

Today I teach Art at East Aurora High School and continue to craft works in copper, silver, German silver, and occasionally gold, in the manner set forth by the Roycrofters.
