"I make pots and tiles in the art pottery tradition and am picking up the ball that was dropped nearly a hundred years ago with the passing of Ohr, Rhead and Robineau. My pots and tiles are nearly all high fired porcelain and BEAUTY is my primary concern. I don’t make many pots in the course of a year compared to most potters, but what I do make is the best, most artful pottery I’ve seen yet. My pots are more about art than pottery."

I make the most beautiful pot I can and then I put it in the hands of someone that appreciates my effort. That is a magical part of the craftsman ideal."
"I only do one show a year and that is “Pottery Lovers” in July up in Zanesville, Ohio. After Pottery Lovers, my pots are only available on my web site- usually around August, September and October. I make the rest of the year. The only way to really know when I have pots available for purchase is to email me at tim@newartpottery.com and ask to be added to my email list. You will only hear from me three or four times a year when pots are available and I email everyone at the same time. I do update my site roughly every two weeks so please stop by newartpottery.com "
